1. How do I enroll in a course?
To enroll in a course, simply click on the “Enroll” button on the course page. You will then be prompted to create an account or log in and proceed with the payment.
2. Are there any subscriptions available?
No, Fluencix does not offer subscriptions. Access is purchased individually for each course.
Payment and Refunds
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online payments via debit or credit card through PayPal.
4. What is your refund policy?
- Full Refund: You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
- No Refunds: No refunds are available after 14 days from the purchase date.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as administrative or transaction fees, are non-refundable.
For technical issues preventing access or completion, contact us at info@fluencix.com for assistance. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the issue’s nature and the course completion status.

Course Access and Structure
5. How long do I have access to a course after enrollment?
Students have access to the course for 180 calendar days from the enrollment date. If the course is not completed within this period, re-enrollment and payment are required.
6. What materials are included in the courses?
Courses may include additional materials such as videos, audios, and downloadable content (spreadsheets or PDFs). The courses are divided into lessons, and the number of lessons varies depending on the course content.
7. What are the available courses?
Our platform currently offers two courses: one in Spanish and one in English. These courses are designed for learners with prior knowledge of the languages (not beginners).
Certificates
8. Do the courses include certificates of completion?
Yes, each course comes with a certificate issued by Fluencix. The certificate is automatically generated upon completion and is available for download.

10. What are the technical requirements for accessing the courses?
