  • Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 7 days (calendar) of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be granted after 14 days from the purchase date.

If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the problem and the amount of the course completed.

Cancellations
